Filled in registration form.
IMPORTANT
A parent or guardian is required to be present at the conclusion of your tryout
If a player is selected for the team, player registration will occur immediately following tryouts. Please be prepared to complete paperwork, order uniform and make a payment.
Please bring a copy of your birth certificate, if you have NOT played for the Fire in the past twelve months.
