Ball
Shin Guards
Indoor Shoes (CU is a gym floor)
Non-Club clothing
Copy of your Birth Certificate
2 passport size photographs
You MUST also fill in the Tryout Form and bring it with you.

AGE GROUPS: All age groups are the age group you are presently eligible to play in.
For Example, if you are presently playing U14, then you will tryout in the U14 age group.
