Registration will begin at 4:00pm on Friday, May 28th @ Helder Park. We are asking that as many teams as possible register Friday night. If you must register on Saturday, please plan on being at the registration tent 90minutes prior to the start of your first game (2 hours is better for early games).
Registration and ALL tournament stats will be kept at Helder Park
Only Team Managers need come to registration (we do not need players for registration).
PLEASE NOTE....All player and coach cards must be laminated with a hole punched through each card. We will strap the cards together, and in order to do so, the cards must be laminated.

Non-Michigan USYSA Teams:

4) Medical Releases for each player

7) Travel permit, issued by your state association
US Club, AYSO, and any other non-USYSA teams:
